Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all children attending sessions at Art Squad (âthe Clubâ). By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Registration & Eligibility
A completed registration form and emergency contact details must be provided before attendance.
Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs.
3. Fees & Payment
Payment must be made in advance to secure a place.
Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the Clubâs discretion.
Missed sessions are not refundable unless the session is cancelled by Art Squad
4. Cancellations
If Art Squad cancels a session, a refund or credit will be offered.
Art Squad reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health & Safety
Art Squad will take reasonable care to ensure a safe environment.
Parents must not send children who are unwell or contagious.
In the event of an emergency, Art Squad will seek medical assistance and contact the parent/guardian immediately.
7. Collection of Children
Parents/guardians must collect children promptly at the end of sessions.
If someone else is collecting the child, prior notice must be given and a password set at the start of the session.
Art Squad is not responsible for children outside scheduled session times.
8. Personal Belongings
Due to the nature of the activity children will get their clothes dirty. Aprons will be provided however please bring old clothes you donât mind getting dirty / stained / mucky
Art Squad is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
9. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes only with written parental consent.
No names will be published without additional consent.
10. Liability
Art Squad holds appropriate public liability insurance.
While all reasonable care is taken, participation is at the parent/guardianâs risk.
Art Squad is not liable for minor injuries sustained during normal art activities.
11. Data Protection
Personal information will be stored securely and used only for administration and safety purposes.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
Art Squad reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Parents will be notified of any significant changes.
Safeguarding
Art Squad is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
All staff working directly with children hold an enhanced DBS check (where applicable).
Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with UK safeguarding guidance and may be referred to the local authority or relevant agencies where necessary.
